Do I need to sell my Pump.fun tokens to claim cashback?

No. Claiming supported cashback doesn't burn or sell your tokens. You can also recover deposits from empty accounts while keeping the tokens in your other accounts.

Why can I see a reward but no SOL deposit to reclaim?

Cashback and account deposits are separate. Your token account might still be in use, or it may already have been closed after a sale. A cashback balance doesn't mean there's also an empty account to close.

Why does the scan show nothing for my Pump wallet?

First, compare the connected address with the wallet you actually traded from, especially if you used a bot. If the scan reports an error, retry it before assuming there's nothing available. A completed scan can also find no supported claims.
